Commission Structure

Three ways to earn

All commissions are calculated on Pre-Tax Profit, which is gross revenue minus direct costs for that specific transaction. No caps. No limits.

First Transaction

When a client you directly refer completes their first paid engagement with us, you earn 20% of the profit. One referral, one big payout.

Every subsequent deal your referred client does with us, forever. No sunset clause, no expiry. The client relationship keeps paying you.

Sub-Referrer Override

Introduce someone else as a referral partner. When their clients close deals, you earn an extra 5% override, on top of their own commissions.

Activation

6-Month Activation Window

Your referral must result in a paid transaction within 6 months. If a deal is actively in progress at the 6-month mark, we grant a written extension. Commissions are never denied on deals we're actively closing.

Attribution

First Introduction Wins

If multiple partners refer the same contact, the commission goes to whoever submitted the valid written referral first, verified by our CRM timestamps. Clear, objective, final.

Payments

Wire Transfer in Your Currency

Commissions are paid by wire transfer in USD, CAD, GBP, or EUR. Each payment includes a full statement showing the client, revenue, profit calculation, and your commission.

Non-Exclusive

No Territorial Restrictions

This program is non-exclusive. You can refer clients from anywhere in the world, in any industry. There are no minimum volumes and no caps on what you can earn.

Lifetime

Commissions Survive Termination

Referrals made before termination continue earning commissions for life. If you stop partnering with us, you still earn on every deal from the clients you already introduced.

$0 Cost to Join

The program is entirely free. You participate as an independent contractor with no employment relationship and no obligations. Make introductions when and if you choose.
